PROJECT PROPELLER

Where Today's Pilots
Meet WWII RAF Air Crew

The basic premise of the Project Propeller scheme is to match up WWII RAF air crew with current pilots and to gather together for a day at a significant location. The project arranges for Air Crew and Pilots to meet up at a convenient local airfield, fly to the venue for the reunion, and then fly back home once the event comes to an close.

Preparation for PP09 Begins

We will be returning to Bruntingthorpe - where we were rained out in 2007 - on Saturday June 27th 2009. Starting the planning early, we've already put bids in for various displays ... and even a formal request for some good weather...

Once again, as the word is spreading about our great event, we are opening our invitation to aircrew from across the channel. We would welcome any voluteers to help translate the websote in to French, German, Polish and Dutch.

Want to Join Us?

We're always looking for new faces, whether you are aircrew, volunteer pilot or ground-crew, registrations are always open... get yourself to the top of the list for the next event!
