PROJECT PROPELLER 2018

Project Propeller is an annual reunion for 150+ WWII aircrew, to which they are flown from all over the UK in light aircraft by current volunteer pilots.

It was with great sadness that we learned on November 16 of the death of Joy Lofthouse, who delivered Spitfires and other military aircraft to the front line in WW2 as a member of the Air Transport Auxiliary; Joy was a regular attendee at Project Propeller events and will be missed by the veterans and organisers alike.
